Open your card in Gymdesk. Make sure the whole QR code is visible.

Add to Apple Wallet
Open your pass and tap Add. You only do this once.
Use your own Gymdesk card. This keeps the same code; it does not activate or extend a membership.
On iPhone, open the file and tap Add. On a computer, send the file to your iPhone with AirDrop.
Sign in to your Google account, then tap Add.
Your photo stays on this device. Only its code is sent to create your pass. Our server does not store your photo or code. When you choose Google Wallet, Google receives and stores the code as part of your saved pass.
Where is my Gymdesk card?
Sign in to your Gymdesk member account. On your profile, tap the card or barcode icon. Take a screenshot with the complete QR code visible. If you cannot find it, ask reception.
At reception?
Ask the member to scan the link to this page on their own phone. If they need help, open their Gymdesk profile → Card and let them photograph the QR. They can choose that photo here. No new membership or check-in is created.
How do I check in afterward?
Open Wallet and show this card’s QR at reception. Membership rules remain in Gymdesk. If your Gymdesk code changes, create your Wallet card again. This is a scan card, not a tap-to-unlock door key.
